• I didn't forget to draw the keyboard cable, I have a bluetooth keyboard.
• I did forget to draw legs for the desk. Well, I didn't forget, it just didn't look right with legs.
• I have no explanation for how I missed that many names.
• I will never agree to index a book again, since it is not fun and I am apparently inept at it.
• Seriously, I wasn't slacking off on it or anything.
• I indexed those other names, and fixed some other things with the index. Hopefully, the revisions will make it into the book before it goes to print.
• Then I offered to redesign the professor's Web site, because, I wanted to make up for the shoddy indexing job, and making Web sites is something I can do half-decently.
